Any company can post a casting call or job opportunity at any time for free. The company will select which agency to direct the opportunity to, whether it is a single agency or multiple agencies. As a bonus to the hiring companies using the VP Casting Tool, we have included the ability to contact and distribute casting calls and job opportunities to talent agencies that are not using the VP Talent Manager. Thus, we are providing a universal tool to make it easier for hiring companies to spread the word to numerous agencies to attract more talent.
